In April 2018, I enrolled in the Graduate School of Science, Technology, and Innovation at Kobe University, where I engaged in research and development focused on hardware security, particularly cryptographic technologies, and circuit design.

I have collaborated with international companies and universities on joint research projects and have received eight awards at domestic and international academic conferences.

Koh Watanabe

In March 2023, I completed the doctoral program at the Graduate School of Science, Technology, and Innovation, Kobe University.

Since enrolling in April 2018, I have been engaged in research and development on electromagnetic wave measurement and countermeasure technologies characterized by high resolution and proximity measurements.

I have conducted research and development in collaboration with academia, industry, and government, earning recognition at domestic and international academic conferences.

Makoto Nagata

For approximately 30 years, I have been engaged in various research and development activities centered on semiconductor integrated circuits and noise measurement. In 2009, I was appointed as a professor at Kobe University.

Currently, I serve as the chairperson of the Hardware Security Research Group.

Additionally, I was appointed as a Distinguished Lecturer by the IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society, a leading global research community in the field of semiconductor integrated circuits, and I continue to contribute as a board member.

Takuji Miki

In April 2006, I joined Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. (now Panasonic Corporation) and was engaged in research and development of analog circuits for approximately ten years.

Since being appointed as a Specially Appointed Associate Professor at Kobe University in April 2017, I have been conducting research and development on security technologies utilizing analog circuits.

Nobuhiro Fuke

In 2001, I joined Sharp Corporation and engaged in research and development as well as technology transfer related to solar power generation both domestically and internationally, earning a doctoral degree during this time.

Subsequently, at Solar Frontier K.K., I was involved in solar power plant construction projects, sales, and the planning and development of new business ventures.

In March 2021, I obtained a master’s degree from the Financial Strategy and Corporate Finance Program at the Graduate School of Business Administration, Hitotsubashi University. Since then, I have been responsible for education and research on business creation as well as the social implementation of university research outcomes at Kobe University.
